Not sure if my head unit went out

Stock supra kenwood KTS-MP400MR

The stereo switch on the dash lights up but the head unit won't turn on. If you unplug the wiring harness from the back and plug it back in you can hear it spin in side but the face plate won't come on. It also takes a CD but nothing else it will work it even ejects the cd but the face plate and nothing else works.
