Halos of lime deposits splotch mine after a few hours of boating. How fast and how bad this happens depends on how much the wind blows the spray around.

What’s anybody else doing to keep a clear windshield.

Wipe with White spirit on a cloth then use any household window cleaner followed by rain-x.

I use meguiars cleaner wax on mine. Works awesome!

50/50 vinegar & water, and newspaper.

^^^ beat me to it with the newspaper. Newspaper is one of the best things to use for cleaning glass streak free. Just watch some local papers don't use the same ink as major named ones.

I use babes on my windshield and it works great...give it a shot
