it all depends, i am into american nightmare, champion, and all of the true hardcore scene. i love the black dahlia murder, as i lay dying, and the red chord...but those are an acquired taste thus no one else on the boat likes it. i usually bump hip hop because it is one of the music types everyone either loves, likes, or doesn't care enough to ask for something else. recently it's been trick daddy, pep love, pharoahe monch(simon says remix is the best), the game, and mike jones becaue as of late everyone likes mike jones.}

WTF is Mike Jones? Paul Wall is Dman They were on this MTV show with Sway and it was all about Houston, too classic. Paul Wall is the one who owns the jewelry store who installs all ice in their platinum grills. "Tippin" These guys may be funny but the are makin some bank with their horrible talent. They have talent in the area of Makin monies that is for sure.

Anyone heard Mike Jones on Kanye West's new album. Boys actually got skills. He drops some sick lines. His album, while I'd never listen to it in my car, is cool boat music. We all started to listen to it as a joke, now it just pumps us up and makes us laugh. I like listening to everything when I ride. Sometimes I like a little metal like Disturbed or Lica Sto.

I like some old Mystikal for hiphop. disturbed, drowning pool, tool, perfect circle. i like some trance type s#it too. crystal method, chemical brothers. deftones and maynard - passenger seriously check that one out if you haven't heard it. and tool's cover of no quarter is one of the sickest. I love the orig Zeppelin like no other but those cats bring new dimension to kick ass song. Hiphop cats should check out some Devin tha Dude, Eightball and MJG, Slim Thugg, Timbaland and Magoo, and of course RIP Biggie.

How long has Mike Jones been around on the west coast? Super played-out here it TX. I was in San Diego a few weeks ago and heard somebody just straight jammin' a Mike Jones cd. they were deep into it, nothing you hear on the radio. i thought it was kinda funny...

Like I said I prefer harder stuff but if I have to listen to rap. It would have to be some Aesop Rock, Moka Only, Abstract Rude, Common, Tribe, Kanye, JAy Z, Biggie(only the Ready to Die album), Rakim, or Swollen Memebers. If you really wanna get some good old stuff go get a Big Daddy Kane album!

Damn Dave, you shocked me. I guess being a family and all . I'm 37 and I've seen slayer twice back in the 80's. Now I just listen to octane on sirius sat. radio. Your only as old as you feel buddy.
