Is this thing fun or not? debating buying one, just wanted to get a general consenus and maybe see some pics of riding it.

Definately a fun board to ride. Different than your average board but is great to have something else to bust a move on. That and you don't have to be jumping the wake to look pimp.

i got a new 144 the other day, if i cant return it its forsale. 175 + sh or i can deliver to owc.

I've ridden both the new one and the 05, the new one is awesome, here are some pics I took of mr. murray bust'n out on the '06. It is defenitly a fun board, imo. Last summer I spent more time on my roam than on my primary board, not sure that the new one is so much better that I'll be upgrading to it, but it is defenitly a lot of fun!

I haven't ridden one but the '05 is shaped more like a popsicle stick and the '06 is definately more snowboard shaped, and wow are they ever wide. I was surprised when I walked into my shop the other day and saw one.

if ur buying a roam deffinately go with the 06. its way more fun and it has way more pop. you can also press it out way more and have alot more control while doing so.

I have the 06 Roam and love it.. It's a must if you're into working on your surface 360's
