That looks so bad ass!!!! You have got to work out a deal with Tim or sell them yourself on the side. I would love to buy a few pairs of them. Did you have to run additional electrical or did you just wire them with the speaker power?

The Ipod is mounted to the XM holder. I modified the belt clip on the case to work with the XM mount. Unfortunately it is directly below the binding when my board is in the flight clip, it gets dripped on when the boat rocks. So, I tend to toss the ipod in the pocket when we are boarding.

If anybody want's grills like this they are $149 each including LEDs of your color choice (including color changing RGB, just add $50 for the controller). Send me a pm if you are interested. Cost might come down if we get a group buy. The billett plate can be machined to almost any shape you can draw. These are custom machined one at a time.

do you have to change the grill or can you still use the stock grill on the wetsounds with the led ring? if you can use the stock grill, how much for just the led ring?

You cannot do the "halo" with the stock grill. you can a few LEDs but it will not be close to the same effect. I didn't bother posting pictures of my first attempt...

LED rings you can contact www.luckydevildesigns.com , we make custom ones all the time. we stock for 3 speaker mfgs now, and if you have a 1 off one we can do that too, ask for josh and he'll let you know what it takes.
