I'm pretty sure I am going to buy an '06 v210. I have been quoted $38,995 US funds (I'm in Canada) for a V210 with the wake 1 series (tower, front ballast) 330 hp black scorpion engine, cover and dual axle trailer with disc brakes. Does this sound like a decent price? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

2-3k high IMO. You should be getting perfect pass, board racks, bimini, and triple ballast for that sort of money.

That sounds pretty high, I am looking at sangers to and I heard of someone getting a 215 with pp,racks,bimini,trip ballast,heater,shower for 38 out the door.

If that includes shipping to you (in Canada, if it is a CA dealer), that could be the reason for the higher price. Although even that it sounds a bit hit.

You should be able to walk out the door for $36k. with that stuff and PP.

Buy an Acme 525 prop if plan to add weight and make your factory prop your back up.

2-4k high like the others are also saying, I got a 215 more than completely loaded for less than 42k...

Hey everyone, I thought I would clear up the differences as to why everyone from Canada sees a2 - 4 K difference in price compared to everyone down south.
The reason you see such a difference here in Canada is due these things:

shipping
GST ( and PST in certain provinces )
Transport Canada fees/Inspection
Brokerage
and possible exchange at time of purchase...depending on how the stock is purchased

Hope this helps.

Duncan;
THat price in Canada is a pretty good deal, if you can talk some more down then go for it the worst you get is no.

Jose;
A 215 for 38 out the door is a lie or someone has incrimating pic of a dealer in compromising positions. Base price for a 215 before color or gel graphics is 38. It is possible to get around 38,900 + tax and lic, ship.

Yeah, sounds low to me but it was just something I was told through a friend of a salesman about a sale that was made. Hope that makes sense, sounds weird to me.

Anyone know where I can find a new V210 with everything mentioned above (wake 1, 330HP, cover, dual axle trailer, perfect pass, racks, bimini, triple ballast) for $36-38K out the door in So Cal??? Thanks for the help!

Also, anyone know how pricing on a similiarly loaded V210 should compare with a Centurian Lightening C4? Those are the two I have narrowed it down to. Thanks for the info!

I dont think triple ballast is an option anymore on the 210.The wake 1 series is tower and front ballast.

Yes, I thought the V210 only came "one way" with the front ballast. does anyone know if it is an option to ad more internal ballast? If you can add ballast to the back, does it completely take up the storage lockers on either side of the engine? on the topic, is the front ballast in a locker in the front or completely tucked away (ie does it take away from the floor locker space?) Also,

The V210 doesn't require too much weight in the back so you don't have to put massive tanks back there. I built custom tanks for the back of mine & there is enough room to store the ropes, vests, wet suits for 7 riders. Normally we have dry stuff on one side and as it gets wet it goes into the other locker.
