Liquid Force Ultra Bindings

I am a size 10 and these bindings run from 8-10 and 10-12. Which ones should I get? I used them this year on a guys board and they were really comfy.

theyre open toe so id go with the smaller ones or else ur gonna get heel lift and be sliding around and stuff

Go with the 10-12, i made the same mistake, and bought the the correct size, and ended up with feet that crammped bad, your a 10 go with the xl's 10-12s.
