Documented Wakesurfing CO Incidents

I know there are documented TEAK surfing CO incidents where people have both died (due to CO or from not using a PFD), but are there any documented cases of CO incidents from wake surfing.

I was reading an article in the Sacramento Bee last week mostly about drownings in the rivers, but the officer said he has NEVER pulled a drowning victim from any Sacramento area waterway that was wearing a PFD.

Any real data would be appreciated. I just bought an inland surfer board and hope it doesn't get outlawed in my state.
