good plan, they have an x2 in the background. advertising to wakeboarders who are going to suffer from nasty knee arthritis once they get a little older

Unfortunately I have too recently, in other joints, from wakeboarding injuries.

So I know all about the Aleve.

take glucosamine condroiten, it can be found anywhere that sells vitamins. It definetly helps over time, no question.

Aleve is awesome... practically a miracle for my back (and keeps the chiropractor away).

When you go to the doctor they prescribe naproxen and muscle relaxants.. well naproxen IS aleve, and for me, it's all I need.

I do the Dew and glucosamine & condroiten. That plus 800 mg of motrin and you're ready for the next set. The wonders of modern medicine Fighting shoulder, knee and back problems. I think everyone could benefit from a good stretching routine regardless of how old you are.

guys... I don't know anything about aleve... but the only thing I can tell you is be careful about the crap that takes the pain away... pain is there for a reason... when you suffer from some kind of pain, it means your body need to rest and heal... if you take some kind of medecine that takes away the pain and get back to your usual activities, then you'll destroy your body pretty fast... cortisone injection for instance stop the pain and also stop the healing process... cortisone is bad...
be fit and flexible and let your body heal itself...

I saw the Aleve commercial this morning on ESPN. Funny how they use an X2 and then show her teaching the kids how to ski with a boom off the side.
