I haave a good friend moving to Travis AFB with his X-30 and he is looking for the best place to launch into the Delta. Where do you think he should go, and what are the costs to launch?

From Travis, head down 80 into fairfield. Then head south on hwy 12 (exit off 80). Proceed through Rio Vista, past the 116. Then, turn left at the B&W boat storage building (can't miss it). They are two places to launch. B&W, and the lighthouse. Great ridig up there.

Charley is right, but the place I mentioned is much closer to Travis AFB.

Travis is close to highway 12... would never need to hit 80.
