Rope Length

What rope length should an intermediate rider be riding at? I have an 06 Malibu VLX with wedge. Does the lenght of the rope include the lenth of the handle? If i ride a rope that has a length of 75 and a handle that has about 3 feet of length to it doea that mean that i'm riding at 78 or is that still 75?

That would be 78 feet with a handle. depending on your ability and speed 75 should be nice.
