There is a seal around the prop shaft that is water cooled. It is designed to leak into the boat like 10 drips a minute. The rate it leaks can be adjusted by a big nut on the inside around the shaft. You have to put the boat in the lake, put it in gear at idle & watch how much it leaks. Then tighten or loosen it as needed. All that said, I guess water could leak out just as easily as it leaks in. So I'd be looking at how fast it's leaking in. Seems like an 08 Supra would a) have the newer dripless shaft seal in it. And b) get those bugs worked out by your dealer.
