Seat Base material

I need to replace a warped engine cover. It looks to be some kind of 1/4" plastic wrapped in vinyl. It looks like the same material used for the seats. Does anyone know where I can find something in town or a replacement wood recommendation? Thanks.

look on ebay for KING STARBOARD. It is marine backing they use for seats. I have had a couple of seat bases crack and replaced them with this stuff. You can get it in different sizes and thickness.
