RONIX Owners-ONE Vest Questions?????

Hey guys,
I ordered the '08 Ronix ONE Vest in a size M, and it was deliverd yesterday. Right now the vest is super-tight, but I've been told it will stretch out. I also owned an '07 Ronix ONE vest, that was a size M as well, and it didn't seem to be nearly as small as this years. Do any of you guys own this vest? Does it stretch out like they say it will? Or should I send it back and try a L?
