IT helped me so much!! And u see things that u dont realize when u r riding. You improve twice or evern 3 times as fast as u would with out it.

I agree it is very helpful (I got one of the tower mount camera holders...sweet) plus you get all the great footage of your buddies face planting, which is even better.
