Yes, it can help. You can have one installed at your local dealer.

we don't really have a local dealer, it's probably going to be a DIY job. any other input would be appreciated.

It can help with any boat that has a porpoising problem. The Centurion Elite V /Lighning his helped a bunch with the bennet trim tab

You mentioned trim tabs (plural). From what I've read, using two tabs, like cruisers usually have, really messes up the wake. I think Tige tried two tabs in some R&D efforts and found that it does not work for a wakeboard boat.

Awhile ago, some company was offering an aftermarket wakeplate. You might want to look into that, especially if the plate uses electric actuators instead of hydraulic cylinders. That arrangement might be much easier to install.

FYI all wake plates are after market. Some wakeboard boat manufactures add them to there boats at the factory. Centurion, Supra, Tiqe to name a few. Some have better names for Bennett trim tabs but Bennett trim tabs are what they are!

Yep, the wakeplate and related equipment on my Supra are made by Bennett, not Skiers Choice. But that doesn't make them "aftermarket."

I think that, by common usage, components are not "aftermarket" if the factory installs them. Otherwise, every brand new wakeboard boat has an "aftermarket" engine, transmission, prop shaft, steering gear, rudder, sound system, etc.

I guess my point is they are all the same product installed at the
plant or "aftermarket" they are the same Bennett Trim tab
