1st - Make sure you can do a real HS front flip and not a frantrum.
2nd - Keep the rope real close to your body throughout the flip.
3rd - Land with your knees soft. Don't try to reach for the water with your board. It's tough to get over your toes on the landing when you learn this one, but that's the only way you are going to land it. Good luck.

thanx i think i really have to huck it and flip fast so i can get on my toes. is that right? and should i take the same edge as a normal hs front?

You should never have to "huck" anything. You just want to make sure your edge takes you up and out. If you can't land over your toes, you're taking off too early. You need a big progressive edge all the way through. There is plenty of time to do the trick. Edge the same or slightly harder.
