I was wondering if anyone has ridden the new LF S4. I tried a search but the "S4" two letter name wasn't recognized by the search parameters. I am looking for a board with a large amount of pop to go wake to wake for rotations, and some inverts, but with a decently soft landing. My current board (Ronix Project) throws me out into the flats too often, and with my knees it is a bit rough. Most of this may be a style issue with me, but since I have the ability to demo one was wondering what the general consensus is. Thanks

I have a 138 S4 and love it. She's quick and has great pop. I have a used one for sell, never hit rails and only rode about 10 times, also comes with size 9 watson boots

i honestly think it has more to do with you and your edge than the board throwing you into the flats.
i also recommend slowing your boat speed or lengthening your line to go more wake to wake
my OBRIEN CONTRA has a ton of channels and is super thin and light, it really lets you feel the wake beneath you and you can really judge how hard you need to push off the wake with it.
