So when the main volume is low, the pro 60 on the right is making a white noise, buzzing sound. It totally clears up after the volume is turned up to higher volumes. Is this fixable?

Setup:
Pro 60's powered by 250w each
Alpine hu
Clarion EQ
Stock inboats
