I have an o6 vlx with the monsoon 340 engine. IT seems to burn a quart of oil about every 20 hours. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the some problem?

how many hrs, who changes oil, what oil used , how do you run it ? wide open for hrs , or just normal wakeboarding ?

We have had 3 Malibu Moonsoon engines, we have LOVED all of them all with 300 - 650 hrs on them . All like new when I sold them . I change my own oil , I run Rotela T oil . No problem. New 2007 has 44.5 hrs in 3 weeks !!

Goochy, damn. You are avid. If I had the time I'd be out there that much as well.
