If lifeproof would hurry up maybe I wouldnt have shattered my 4week old iphone5 glass front! Damn im pissed. Ha my 4 for 2 yrs never had an issue and tonight bam! Guess i'll see how much this will cost now
I have a case, just didnt work. Funny bc i was just telling a friend how ive never once had to use my applecare. Hence why i didnt buy it this time. Well hoping to have this one fixed friday and then buy applecare after its fixed before my 30days to buy it is up.
All i was doing was carrying a box, went to rest it on my leg while i opened a door an i guess there was too much pressure on my pocket. Snap crackle pop.
Was told $229 to fix

place near me replaces the glass for less. iresq is the company. I used them to replace my iPhone 2 glass for 175, took 1 hour. I probably could of done it myself for $50 in parts and watching youtube video's, but 1 hour is hard to compete with.
well without applecare it would have been $229. since I was able to still purchase the plan, the phone ended up being $179 plus the $99 applecare. Needless to say I bought a otterbox case to hold me over until lifeproof released theirs. But at least I have a brand new phone now
