I have some aluminum logos that I want to attach to the hull. However, they are larger and heavier than I thought they would be. Anyone know of a good adhesive or have any other good ideas on how to attach them. I can just see them falling off and sinking to the bottom of the lake.

I think the tricky part will be findings an adhesive that will hold up, but also that you will be able to remove the aluminum when you are ready to sale the boat or change the look. What size/weight are you talking about and where are they going to be attached? Above or below the rubrail? If they aren't too large, I think that this might work above the rubrail http://www.tcpglobal.com/AutoBodyDepot/ItemDetail.aspx?ItemNo=MMM+8061

or you could pop rivet it thru the hull... alot harder and more work than using the 5200

Look for a film adhesive. Autobody shops should have some. The manufacturers use it to attach parts on their cars regularly. Sorry, I don't know a brand name or part number.

I would probably go with the super heavy duty double-sided tape used to attach auto trim.

5200 is great adhesive caulk, but it is still caulk. Seems like you would have to tape anything heavy in place until it dries, to prevent it from sliding down.

ive stuck a 5lb piece of wood over a gaping hole on the transom of a sinking boat and it stuck and sealed even below the waterline, that amazing, like kevin and ken said though dont get it on ya cuz youll be wearing it off and put a guide line so you get it straight the first time.

Thanks for all the great advice. I'll get the 5200 next week. Then it will be up to me to make sure I don't screw it up. I will definitley make some kind of guide to get them even on each side and straight.
