They had refurbished ones on Woot.com yesterday. Can't remember the cost, but I believe it was close to $200.
If you know anyone who has a business account with Apple, they have a few refurbished ones going from $229-249

If youre looking for a 32gb touch i have one i would sell for $425, brand new never been used. I know its not a 8gb but trust me youll want a bigger one once you have it. Great for watching movies.
