I used to buy allot from them but have heard some negative posts lately. Have they sorted that out or is it advised to stay away for now?

I am from Canada so I am already limited on some places.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them @ the beginning of the season, one thing was backordered so they werent going to ship anything until the order was complete... The day I called to complain the order was shipped... So I'm now a satisfied customer... just my $ .02

I ordered from them once. As far as the purchase goes i was completely satisfied. The did leave me hanging as far as a broken board warranty, saying i should contact manufacturer directly. Again that is only one experience, so take it with a grain of salt.

Actually, as long as the mfg has good warranty you usually come out better going direct on board warranty, cause you can sometimes score the next year's model as the replacement. Retailers typically always have enough inventory to get you the same model year.

They use to be a pretty decent company to work with, but since the new owners have took over, they have gone down hill.

Unless your wanting to buy womans bindings.......they haven't had any offers that I'd be interested in.

Evogear will stand behind warranties. Had a friend buy a blem board from their outlet on closeout and it delmed within a couple of rides. They contacted Hyperlite and a 08 blem Apex was warrantied with a 09 blem Tribute no questions asked. Great company!

I would stay away from them 100%. Evogear is my perferred follwed by Grizzly Sports but you cant beat EVO's selection usually.

Evo is great, ordered lots from them, and I;ve had friends that shipped directly into Canada with them also and it was reasonable shipping.

+1 to Gryphon's post. Evogear has become a great company. I have bought from them for many years now on a regular basis. Every once in a while you have a hiccup, but they are very good at making things right and keeping you as a loyal customer. Hopefully they don't read this and get cocky, but they are doing the right thing right now. Second to them is Grizzysports. I've had good purchaes off of EBAY with them. But all things being equal, Evogear is where I always go to first.
