I tried emailing Boat and RV world about it since they're the new owners (apparently from what I read in the other threads) and they never replied. Since there was a lawsuit I bet the whole situation is sketchy and there's no telling.

what was the law suit about?

it was over a no compete contract cause the trotter family used to own Boat and Rv World and they decided to sell it and build the cable and i guess they got into some trouble with a no compete contract or something like that cause dan trotter the owner signed everything in his sons name and he got caught .

i don't think it had anything to do with the cable park but that they started a supra/moomba dealership.

props to the trotters for doing some cool things with the river tournament but anyone else think it was wierd that they were trying to start a supra/moomba dealership but rocked the old 210 all the while? it ain't no thing to me....I just always wondered what skier's choice thought of that.
