ive had my 2001 for two years now. shes been great. the wake has always been good. ive always run with no more than 1000 pounds ballast. i always thought the wake was great. well yesterday i finally slammed her down with 1500 pounds! OMG! ive ridden behind a lot of wakeboats but i have to say it was one of the best wakes i have ever ridden. in my oppinion i thought it was rediculously similar to the san210. anyways i just had to share my excitement with the wakeworld community! oh yeah and i learned two new tricks behind it in one day because of the extra pop and hang time i had.

Where did you put the weight? Any in the closed bow?

What tricks did you learn?

around 100 in the closed bow, 150 strapped to the front, 880 on sides of engine, 440 behind engine, full tank of gas (made a big difference alone before we even weighted it) unfortunately i couldnt get a pic, it wasnt my camera, and the girls that were too busy taking pics of themselves lol. as for the new tricks, nothing big. nose grab shifty totally boned out above the pylon. and a slow long held nose grab 360. unfortunately spring break is now over and i wont get to ride behind the 2001 for a couple more weeks, but i definately have a lot to look forward to!

I love my 2001. I just hope I have it all back together soon.

Here are a couple of picture that I stole off of here. I think it will describe why the wake was similar to a SAN.

If you've got the Acme prop, bump the weight up to 2000+ lbs. You'll love it even more!

Oh man you bring back good memories. Those are my boats you stole a pic of. How I wish I still had the ol' 2001, but glad to have my '03. I don't think my neighbors appreciated having both boats in the drive.

Brandon, we should have kept both. Pull out the 2001 just for fun. Lets get the 03 put back together and hit the lake. The SANTE is getting a little love by the way of spring cleaning.
