SOME lake ?????? With conditions like that, I think you'd remember the name. Now the question is are you not telling us the name on purpose?

Look at that itty bitty little X-Star wake. That thing needs some lead. Ha, ha, just hatin' since that looks soo sick. Nice boat too. I think we're gonna go out and try to sink one of those tonight.

I am fron the SF Bay Area and spend a week or so in Montana also. The lake I go to is about 74 and the average air temp is around 85. I was up there in the beginning of August and saw one other boat each day that did not effect our water at all. The water looked pretty much like the first photo in this post for the whole week.

I grew up around there so am familiar with many of the lakes. The names of these lakes will probably never be posted on a web site.

I was thinking that water was super cold and I was trying to tell myself I wasnt missing out on that freezing lake. But 74 degrees and 85 outside. Wow, that is unreal water with perfect conditions.

Just have fun in the winter when it's 20 below and don't expect the water temps to be above 65. Ever!!! Pretty short season also. :-)
