I'm looking for a bimini top for the correct craft flight control tower and was wondering what others have liked or disliked about the factory top or tops from other manufacturers.

Any advice for biminis that clear speakers or are a better value than the factory bimini top??

Thanks

Yes, I was going to make a post on this today......Just got my top from UPS! Great fit, and great looks....check them out at

Mitch is a great guy, and that got me all fixed up...and fast.

Shawn,

I'm not sure who made our bimini as our dealer ordered it and installed it but it is by far the best bimini I have seen for CC's FCT. Give Wayne or Eric a call at Silver Spray Sports in Fenton, MI and they'll help you out. I think the total cost was about $750 or so. It looks nice and doesn't require any sort of strapping to hold in place at the top of the tower and it clears the speakers we have on the tower (4 Kicker Titan speakers). You can check it out in my profile, kind of hard to see but you can make out how it mounts, looks, etc...

There are only two I would go with.

Boss and/or Towerbiminis.com

Both of which use clamps to mount their biminis with no straps. Hate straps and don't like the idea of drilling into the tower (not that it would hurt it's strength or anything just aesthetic.)

I would agree with Chris. Go with towerbiminis. Go to that site and check out the pictures of the blue SAN with one on it.........

Southeast Correct Craft (in Orlando) installed the factory bimini on my new 03 SANTE. It even has a custom embroidered "Team Edition" written across the back when it is open.

The only complaint is that it is not the easiest bimini to open with the tower speakers and lights that I have on the tower, but it really looks sweet. I will try to post pictures ASAP. I think the cost is only around $450...

Check out http://www.tubeliteproducts.com as they make bimini's that are universal. I've never talked to an owner of one but they sell them through Barts and tower companies. We are looking at adding them as options for our towers so I'd love to hear some feedback. I expect to get one soon for review and will post my opinions, which could be wrong.
