the hs backroll should actually be a hs frontroll but it comes from backside roll. come into the wake on a progressive edge and make sure you get the pop off the wake before throwing it. throw the board towards the sky and kinda tuck your chin into your lead shoulder. tuck and roll like a barrel roll and keep both hands on the handle to keep rotation and pretty close to your body. at the landing you can land two handed or let go with the back hand at the end if you want. at first you can't really tell where your at cause it all happens so fast but after awhile you get used to it. just go out and try it and tell us how it went.

take a progressive cut towards the wake, you should be cuting the hardest just as you leave the wake...make sure you pop first, once you know your in the air look over your front shoulder and push the board up and away from the boat keep the rope in tight or else you wont rotate fast keep both hands on the handle, spot the water then stick it
