How should I wire everything up? What's your tips, suggestions, tricks, etc? Pictures would be helpful.

1. Do I need an extra battery and an on/off switch to disconnect power?
2. On the tower where should I drill to run the wires or should I take the easy route and zip tie?
3. Should I put the tower speakers on a separate power and volume switch?

Stats:
'02 VLX with the Skylon Swoop tower, stock CD player with 6 internal Infinity speakers.

A pair of Boss B-530's and a Boss Knight Rider 5 light bar. 10" Kicker sub. A PG 400 amp. RF amp - don't remember what size. Boss 16 pin wire harness.
