This summer was our first summer with our 05 VLX and i just have a question for all of you who have spent some time with this model. During those hot days, when we'd fill our VLX cooler with soda and juice boxes..., i'd notice that after a few hours as the ice melts, there are traces of water on the ground around the cooler. I constructed the drain hose on it myself and i know its not leaking out from there. Taking a closer look, it almost looks like the cooler has very very small hairline cracks in it that could be causing it to leak. Is this something that is common with these? Do people replace these? or can it simply be fixed with an epoxy of some sort? any info would be grateful.

Can you call your dealer? I have never heard of this. You could always just use one of those soft removable cooler bags inside your cooler until you figure it out.

I am pretty sure your block is cracked on your engine. Hammerhead or 340 Monsoon? LOL Their could be a crack in the liner or a small hole. Call Bret V. at Bakes and get a new cooler liner.
