No, one of the video's has Sean doing KGB 540s. It's the one in the top left. He does a batwing to blind, melan glide, switch melan hs 7, and tops it off with a KGB handle pass 540 landing blind. Not only is he one of few landing that trick, but he also did it really big.

If you are watching the one called "what sean has been up too" (or something like that) He first does a Batwing to blind (or TS indy OA BS 180). Then he does a big Stalefish Glide. Then he does a dope-ass Switch Heelside FS 7, then he does the KGB540.

for the people who said murray couldn't do the handle-pass KGB 5, he did it in the firt video on the "fun murray vides" post. and he might have grabbed it. it was w2w, not d-up.

actually i've seen murray do a regular kgb handle pass in person. he came over and rode at shapiro's 'the spot' one day while we were there in april 03. he said he'd learned it that year because everyone gave him so much sheit for doing it wrapped.

After seeing Sean do this trick on that video I described the trick to Shaun Murray and asked him if he had ever seen anything like that before (without telling him that Sean did it). Shaun's reply was, "Haven't heard of a KGB that way. Pretty gnarly though. Someone will do it."

Christopher, if you watch footage of Steve Edwards, he also takes the same kind of edging approach. Short and quick edges.

Christopher, just go to wakepics.com and type 'steve edwards'. He has a cire sponsorship video and a another free riding video. Both of them inlcude his w2w 900. He also does a indy crow mobe. That requires doing an indy grab scarecrow then switching hands to do the last 180. If you watch closely, everyone of his tricks he starts really slow about 15ft away from the wake and then just gets a huge cut into the wake. He is an excellant rider, him and sean o'brien are my favorite guys to watch. Definately underrated when you put them next to the top paid pro's.

sorry jhill - but if you're referring to the kgb5 in the first vid (filmed from the tube), then kevin is right, that's a wrapped 5. he comes in wrapped (you can see he's holding the small handle), then passes the last part of it.

Either way Sean is sick! That KGB 5 is gnarly. One of the other video's it shows Sean doing an osmosis 720 the first 3 is osmosis and then handle passes the second 3. Thats the first time i'd ever seen anyone spin more than 5 osmosis style. That kid is amazing!

.. but Seans not one to Huck a trick, if he was I have no doubt he'd have landed a 1080 awhile ago. The best part about watching Sean is he has some 6th sense that allows him to just get booted off the wake. In short, watch Sean ride and you'll see that he always completes rotation, grab, and handle pass while completely in the air. There are no reverts, sliding to complete rotation, or bobbles when he lands. That is alot more then I can say for most everyone I've seen ride. I'm going back to bed now, goodnight.
