I cant tell you where the plugs are on that engine, but you may have a few as 4 and as many as 6. The drains may be square or hex plugs, or plastic radiator style petcocks. Should be at least 1 drain in each manifold and at least 1 drain on each side of the block (just above the lip of the oil pan). Need to remove any hoses that may collect water as well like those going through a transmission or cooler, V-drive, raw water pump, engine cooling pump. When the water is done draining, put everything back together, so next Spring you wont be wondering "why is my bilge pump running and my engine running hot". My advise, take this down time to learn how to winterize your boat as there is more to it then just draining the block: Oil change, trans fluid, V-drive oil, lube steering, fuel stabilizer in tank, fogging, clean and coat battery terminels and charge up, fuel/water sep filter, new impeller in Spring, etc. If all else fails, lay a 60W drop light in the engine bay and put it on a timer. This will keep it from freezing til you can get it done. Being in WA, I hope it's not too late, good luck
