air-guide speedo pitot pick up

A dog decided to us my pick ups as a chew toy. I called Sanger and they were terrific as ususal. The issue is Air-guide went under in 2001 and they have no more in stock. The ones I have have a half circle plate that connects to the back of the boat with three screws. Does anyone have a connection or know where I can get two more that are the same?

I replaced mine a while back with some generic pitots I found at West Marine or somewhere like that.
The mounting plates were a little different shape, so I drilled a couple new holes in the plastic mounts, and used the existing holes in the transom.
