thats a nice place. $2000 is a pretty good price. There is a foreclosed bank owned home on sand point that is about 8-10 minutes from fast water goin for 329,000 right now. the next 6-9 months should be a great time to buy here or anywhere for that matter. I have access to the MLS so we are always checkin out what is available here in disco.

ah, sand point is not 8 minutes from fast water??!!!, but then again there's really no marine patrol anymore; so, yeah you could make it to fast water from anywhere in disco this summer under 8 minutes.

Well I had some dock repairs 3 years ago after a yacht with a load of drunk folks pulled into my bay accidentally at 3 am then gunned it when they realized they made a wrong turn. Talk about a wake, much damage in the bay! Still no marine patrol enforcement.

im not gonna lie i went threw on the ski boat full speed once when i broke my knee... i needed to get to the hospital :-)

but i would never do it unless it is an emergency like that again.
