I have a friend looking for a used boat. I tried to advise him to go with a 205v or a super air. He found a decent air which is a direct drive. My question is is that the same hull as the super air? Does it stack up with good weight to a super air? Thanks in advance.

get the v-drive. not only will the wake be better but you'll have much more space in the boat.

The Air and Super Air have the same hull. The wake on the Air will still be very good, but you'll likely have sacs laying all over the floor. The v-drive is worth the extra $$ IMO

definitely get the super air.....you'll only get frustrated with a direct drive. you'll really get tired of sacs all over the floor
