What exactly is that thing they are giving away. I think its called a winch?? And how do you use it?

have u ever seen any videos of people ridin without a boat or the cablepark? its basically a gas powered winch, that when engaged can wind up a rope into a spool up to about 18-20 miles per hour. there is a throttle that u use to control the speed. its really ideal for ponds and small canals of water to hit sliders.
