MC 205V Speedometer Problems

Just bought this 2002 boat and speedometer doesn't work. All other instruments work fine. Any ideas what might be wrong? was thinking blown fuse, but neither side works. I looked under boat and what I think it the speedometer seems to spin just fine. Any help would be appreciated. How many RPM's is 32MPH?

I have had occassional problems with my 01 x-9 speedos. I reset the computer by unplugging the main power under the dash to the black box with the key off. Leave it dead for while then plug back in. It will ussually reset and start working again.
