for a rider down flag or a big flag? i've seen a guy use a fishing rod holer for a large flag that worked well party cove type stuff. we don't have rider down flags as a law in our area lakes so i can't help you there.

uhhh, check this steez out from dbot5, alluminum flag which floats and flag holder that fits any tower out of the box

Got mine last year from Wakeair. a little pricy but good quality and it also dubb's as a pirate flag holder..

My husband and I make tower flags we call SkyFlags. They mount to your tower with a 2 piece clamp. Our website is www.skyflags.com

Here's a picture of my Sanger V210 with 2 SkyFlags on it. You can raise and lower the flag easily from a sitting position in the boat. We put two flags on our boat so that people can see that they can be mounted on either side.
