So, I'm going to get snap covers installed on my boat in Northern Utah. It's a 2009 Supra 22SSV. I've been looking at going with Sharps Tarps or the vendor Marine Products uses. Anybody with experience with these or other vendors and covers?

Post up where you end up going and the cost when you decide cause I'm also in N. Utah and am thinking about doing the same.

Anyone have experience with the snap covers by the Marine Products vendor? I have the storage cover, probably evolution that came with the boat, but it's a pain to put on and take off.

I second Sugarhouse awnings, I recently purchased a boat up there and they put a custom snap cover on my 02' SANTE. We drug the boat all the way back to Oklahoma City and it held it just fine and looks bad ass.

Oh and I can tell you a prop shop to stay away from up there too!

Without a doubt go see Justin at custom coversnin slc. NOBODY does covers and stands by them like he does. I have a boat with 3 year old snap covers and they webbing started to age then the cover tore. I took it back to him and he said they had a bad batch of webbing so he made me new covers for FREE! I fully expected to pay for new covers but there was never a question in his mind aout considering taking money from me. Great great service and products. His website is www.sew long.com. He also makes awesome custom Bimini tops.

We have a snap tarp done by custom covers as well. It is really nice... Reinforcements sewn all over, and the fit is great. We have had ours four seasons and it is holding up really well. People are always commenting on how nice it is compared to theirs. The site is nothing to rave about but the covers are:

Sugarhouse awnings will treat you right. They did a custom snap cover for my Sanger in 2007 and still looks good as new.
