The above intuition heating instructions are just about right. I've heated my own liners for my ski boots, and although I'm not sure how the wakeboard liners fit in comparison, here's a couple of other tips I found helpful: -If you want more room just for your toes, find an old thick sock and cut off just the toe part to make a "toe cap." Wear it during the molding process. You can also put small pieces of foam or fabric in between your toes to widen the area, or just on one side (on your pinky toe for example) to avoid too much pressure. -If you want a looser fit overall, lace the bindings TIGHTER during molding. This will pack out the liners more. The reverse is true for a tighter fit. -Try to make sure you avoid any wrinkles. Make sure the boots are as open as possible before putting in your foot/liner to help avoid this, or have a friend hold the boots open. -During molding, try to get your heel as far in/back as possible. Putting the toe of your boots on a block or 2x4 can help put the weight on your heel. This creates a heel cup and should hole your heel down better when riding. Anyway some of these tips may be more applicable to ski boot liners, but could be worth a try anyway. Good luck!
