I hear everyone talking about boat A has a really mellow wake that is good for tricks x, y, and z. I also hear people talking about boats with really "peaky" wakes which are good for certain tricks. My question for you guys is what is really the drifference between the two wakes? Does anyone have pictures of either kind of wake?

it is just pop what will send you straight up (peaky) -- a wake that will send you up but farther across the wakes/into the flats... we have a nautique 210 and usually thats a really really steep wake but we weight it 50/50 and the wake mellows a lot, then go to 70/30 and its super steep again

you can for sure tell... when I get to my comp. I will try to post up some pics of our wakes w/ different wakes
