Last week was really freaking cold 50 air temps and 40s water temps. This week was much better, air temps were in the 70’s. Warm enough to take a second pull, so warm that we weren't the only boat on the lake.

Two problems last week 1) we forgot binding lube and 2) shorties didn't keep our hands from freezing. So this weekend I bought some neoprene kayak gloves and a bottle of lube at Dick’s sporting goods. Some how there something wrong about buy rubber gloves and lubricant at a place call Dick’s.

Below are some pics, mostly of Dave. My old boat was an I/O my new boat is a V-drive. After two pulls in really cold water Dave’s getting a lot more air on the new boat.

I can tell my jumps are better but I really felt a big difference on the knee board, it was so, so easy to go W2W on the knee board, I barely even tried.
