She never paid for them in the first place. Bad move. If you buy your song off of iTunes and use it in a video that does not cost money to view, you are not breaking the law. It is the same thing as someone listening to your music from your car at a red light. I have a good friend who is an entertainment lawyer and says they will pull music off of your video on you-tube, but if you go through the hassle of sending in a receipt for your purchase, it will be reposted. They do it to cover their a$$. This lady never paid for any of it, then shared it. She should be nailed. 2 million may be a bit steep though.
