Today was officially my last day riding(behind my boat) in wisconsin. It was probally about 45 degrees water and air temp, and wind gusts of 25 mph. I just had to ride one more time before winterizing it. The water was suprisingly good in a few places

Still up for riding if anyone else is still out near southern wisconsin/northern illinois.

trust me, I took a ragging for doing it, but she isnt in heavy labor yet, and we were only gone for like a hour, long enough for us each to do a set and get home and start wintirizing!

hey, I called and invited you plenty of times for late riding and I don't even get a hey, we're riding! Ugh...so offended!

I wouldn't have come anyway, I was too depressed about winterizing ours the day before. I'm still ready to ride until the ice hits, and then if there's a driver willing to drive around it I'm still willing to go!

sorry brooke, it was a quick last minute thing, the wife had ran to the store with a friend, so I took advantage and snuck out quick between chores. IF I had a garage to store it in, I would still be going...
Besides, why would someone with a sweet ride want to ride behind my old bayliner??? haha! jk if you dont mind riding behind it, I will be out early in the spring, at leas as early as the boat launch opens...

I'm not that picky, I just love to ride! Until a couple of months ago I was used to a fly high pole and sacks, it wasn't ideal but it worked.

Cool, call me in the spring, if I am really on the ball I'll have ours in as soon as we're above 32 on a regular basis. I'll let you know, is Ken and his crew still riding with the three headed fish?

yeah,
he has a new x-2 now too!
I had one invite, but had to turn him down kind of last minute. sucks having a pregnant wife at home... gives her a trump card over my fun! haha!

no way? they're not opening already are they? That's a little too early for my blood. This could be the one time of year we could hit the water and the hill on the same day!

Anyone care to ride one last time? If it's snowing it could make for some great pictures!

I would be all over that, if we could find someone that doesnt mind rewinterizing there boat...

I would throw a few extra bucks in for that!

I ended up taking mine in to be professionally winterized, I just didnt feel confident that I got everything and the few bones was worth the reassurance of knowing that it was done right and if not, I am not responsible for it!

Anyways... anyone game?... the dock is still open here!!!

I took it to RockRiver Marina in Newville! They left it outside in the rain all day yesterday without a cover(hmmmm....mike?) before I could pick it up, so now I am trying to dry it out...
