Balance board while I'm watching tv, instead of sitting on my butt.

Run, softball, racquetball, hike, workout(incorporate balance into all exercises), soccer, bike, surf, snowboard, rock climb, golf and pretty much anything else that seems like it might be fun.

Anything on a board, also did an olympic triathalon last summer. The triathalon was way too much work, boardsports are 100% fun, a great workout and you don't even know you're getting one. Also, triathalon types are way too weird for me.

I do a LOT of stretching in every area....like painful and very akward stretches, especially legs and knees, a ton of push ups, and lot's of situps, some tramp, and a lot of skateboarding.

I do those things every week pretty much year round.
