CWB and HL seem to get all the discussion board love when it comes to warranty stuff. Props to LF for quickly taking care of a warranty claim for me and also keeping me on the water while I was waiting for my warranty item. The wakeboard industry is second to none when it comes to warranty issues. Thanks a bunch guys!!!

I have to agree with this sentiment! I bought a new pair of bindings (well, new old pair, they were '07s,) and when I found out there was an issue with them (one of the proplate screw posts was defective,) they handled the issue extremely well and I ended up with a brand new pair of CT Melissas. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service; makes me want to buy from them more.
