Okay... so I have been hearing a lot of rumors but I want to know if anyone can clear up what happened to the Oklahoma City cable park or otherwise known as cowc? It wasn't the greatest place to ride but it was something and know they have mysteriously disappeared. Anyone know what's going on with that?

i talked to doug from oklahoma ,he says the old management lost ownership over a court case.It is closed while new ownership gets things in order and will reopen soon better then ever under a new name.

thats was last he heard but maybe the tornado rippped through there and mowed it down last week?

I believe that it's called mawi wake now (mid america watersports I35) and there was a post not to long ago asking for an update. They've built a new 40 ft flat box, there getting rid of all the old sliders, and will be opening up late march. They said there more focused on moving the dealership up there right now though. The pro shop dealership or the actual boat dealership I have no clue though.

The cable park is still here and is under new ownership! We have not disassembled it nor has a tornado gotten ahold of it (although close) haha. It will be called mid America wakesports I-35 (mawi). We Are moving the entire dealership and pro shop out to the cable park. We will be selling nautique centurion yamaha and Monterey boats. We have taken on a huge task of changing the image of the park. From curb appeal to new sliders we are doing what it takes to make this place great!! See you in April!

Jeez, you Oklahoman's are whiny. Do it the old fashion way, when you don't have a boat. Find a ditch, build a sketchy rail, and suck up to your friend with the jeep like the rest of us do!

Awesome I'm glad to get everything cleared up and am super excited that it sounds like the cable may actually be legit now and not such a piece... see everyone out there

I've heard that one of them is going to be almost like a country club, in that it is exclusive and requires memberships. But not so sure on the other one...
