make sure you do the backroll first before letting go of the wrap handle. let go of the wrap handle at the peak of the backroll, and keep the main handle close. it might help to keep your elbow (the one w/ the main handle) in tight to your body. once you come around, keep that handle to your front hip. don't let the handle out as it will stall out your rotation. i hope that made sense! haha!
