I'm 200 Pounds, and finally had the heart to say goodbye to my first board.

133cm 2000 Zane Shwenk pro model ; '03 Park's bindings

Upgraded to

140cm '07 CWB Marius ; '07 LiquidForce Transit bindings.

Hopefully my new generation of CWB will treat me as well as my last one did. I was out for 2 summers with knee surgeries. Man have the bindings improved!

Just wanted to share some excitement for the new setup... going to try it out Friday!

Dan You rode the hell out of your old setup. I cant wait to see what you are going to throw down on the new board and bindings. When we went out on Tobins boat I thought you had the oldest setup I had ever seen. Congrats on the new board and bindings. Are you going out saturday ? Tobin Said he will be back from pedro.

Tobin hasn't contacted me about Saturday. If he does invite me out ; I'll have to cut out early to the dock... Work always gets in the way of play.

Dan, the Marius is an excellent board! I got one at the start of the season and absolutely love it!
I haven't ridden the 08 model yet but I'm looking forward to getting one asap.

Ive got some mixed feelings about the board. I don't think i was taking the inverts as tall as i normally do.

However; a few times the board launched me for a big indy grab over the wake. (I had a big smile on my face even before landing)

Another thing that i noticed is that; although the board tracks well, it doesn't track as well as my old setup.

And one more: I only threw one raley , but instead of taking me out into the flats, it kicked the board higher above my head.

All in All The boots feel great ; and the board will get it's second day tomorrow.

Well, same deal. Still throwing the inverts, but they're smaller. I just need more practice
